Travis Scott Woerner was Born in Indianapolis, Indiana on May 12, 1988 at Humana Women's Hospital. He weighed 7 pounds 13 ounces and was 21 inches long.
1990
The Woerner family moved to Westfield, Indiana. We lived in Village Farms subdivision. Travis was on the swim team. He became best friends with our neighbors, Joey and Jonathon.

Travis was on the Vikings Football team. Undefeated. 4th 5th and 6th grade.

Travis attended Westfield Middle School. He played basketball, baseball and football. He loved sports.

Travis was a junior at Westfield Highschool. He played football in the Fall and just finished up his football season. On Saturday November, 13th, Travis was in a car accident in Gary Indiana. The car he was riding in hit a steamroller. He was a passenger in the back seat and was ejected from the car because he was not wearing his seat belt. He suffered from a massive head injury and internal injuries. He lived for five days and then died from an intracranial hemorrhage in his brain and then a stroke. He died on Thursday, November 18th, 2004. Travis was buried in Hamilton Memorial Cemetary on State Rd. 32 in Westfield, Indiana on Monday November 22. Travis will never be forgotten. He was a wonderful son. May he rest in peace. Your are our angel in Heaven. Many lives are forever changed.
