Hi Lisa,
I do not mean to bother you but I am having a real hard time. I do have 3 other beautiful daughter who I think right now do not like me very much at least the 11 year old. I am trying but I honestly feel so lost and empty with out my babygirl. She was also killed in a car accident at 16. She was such a loving, caring beautiful girl with such a great future ahead of her. I have so many should haves and should have not with her. I miss her so much. I want to believe she is in a wonderful place but then some days I do not believe anything. I also want to believe she is happy but I have a hard time with that because she is not with her family and friends. I really hope I am not bothering you but sometimes I feel I  have no one to talk to because I do not think you can understand unless you are a mom who has lost a precious child. Take Care and thanks for lighting a candle for my babygirl. She was a Cheerleader, she would have loved to have your football player. Close

Hi , i go to my mymy's site often , an i saw your candle lit. I thank you for helping guid her on her path. I looked up your sons name and what i found touched me deeply . You have such i handsom son . The life and spirit just shines through his eye's. There is no way you could not tell how much love this young man had to give others as well as recieved in his short life time . I read through his paged an cried , I know how you felt them days  an these many after . I still find it hard to believe my little one is not here to hugg kiss , play with and see grow to be all she wanted. I lost my baby when the car hit a telephone pole she was not belted properly as well as three other of our children. I was the first paramedic truck on scene an was removed from my child. The last i knew she had a calapsed lung but later found out she had a rupshered arter in her stomach the bones in her face was broke as well as her chest ... she started dying on them soon after they removed from me an the scene .I am sorry , I just want ed to tell you i am sorry you lost such a wanderfull younge man. an my heart goes out to you and your family. Are family is living what family's should not have to live ..My question to many is how do we make it through ?  I bless you an your family hope you are doing well this season. Close

MY NAME IS TRACY... WE TOO WENT THROUGH A TRAGIC ACCIDENT INVOLVING 7 CHILDREN IN A CAR.         THEY WERE DRIVING TOO FAST THE DRIVER ONLY 15, AND INEXPERIENCED.  SHE LOST CONTROL OF THE CAR AND OVERTURNED 4-6 TIMES.    THE RESULT WAS ONE 13 YEAR OLD LOST HIS LIFE ,TWO BEING LIFE FLIGHTED, ONE IN A WHEEL CHAIR, THE OTHERS MINOR INJURIES.  ITS BEEN TWO LONG YEARS SINCE, BUT THE GRIEVING FOR TREVOR HSA NEVER STOPPED,  PLEASE JUST PUT ALL TRUST N THER LORD, AND HE WILL HELP TO HEAL.   BUT ALL KNOWS GOD ONLY TAKES THE BEST OF CHILDREN FOR ANOTHER SPECIAL ANGEL..  MY PRAYERS AND THOUGHTS ARE WITH YOU NOW AND ALWAYS, MAY GOD TRULY BLESS YOU AND YOURS.                                                            TRACY BARNETT

Two years later, I still cannot get a boy I never met off my mind. This young man, was my longtime friend's son. I do not know how my friend makes it through the day. She has the most incredible faith of anyone I have ever seen. I can't imagine how hard birthdays, anniversaries, etc. are on her and her family. I wish I could help take the pain away from friend, Lisa. And even more, I wish I could have had the great fortune of meeting Travis. I can only keep them in my thoughts and prayers. Thank you for visiting my daughters site, it means so much.  I am sorry I didn't find Travis sooner, but now I have.  My Ashley did not perish in a car accident, yet your son and my daughter have much in common.  On Aug 25th, 2005 my daughter had a brain aneurysm.  When we arrived at the hospital they had already drilled a hole in her head to try and relieve the pressure that was building up, and she too was on life support.  She called me twenty minutes before the aneurysm and I feel that she was telling me goodbye.  On the 27th our Pastor and others performed a healing, Ashley too shed a tear right down the middle of her left cheek.  I do not know if it was hers, Jesus' or both of theirs, but it was definetly a tear!  I tend to think it was both of theirs.  She was declared brain dead on Aug 30th.  She too was an organ doner, yet we have mailed letters and heard from no one.  I do know where her organs went from the letter OneLegacy sent us, but I do not know how they are doing, or if I should write another letter to all of them.  It hurts my heart so much. Your son was buried on my birthday.  This is all so overwhelming, but i do hope you will let me continue to honor your son as I feel connected to you and him now.  I pray God's Peace and Comfort to you.  Again, thank you for visiting.

Thank you for visiting my son Killian. Yes, it has been 2 years, just a few days ago, on the 19th, and I still cant believe my son died needlessly, and thru medical neglect. A beautiful 9 pound baby just gone...My heart will forever be broken!

I am so sorry for your loss as well, the pain is endless, i know. The only way I cope is knowing that thru Gods promises, i will see and hold my Killian again.

I'm so sorry for your tragic loss.  My boys are 4 years old and they just started Karate.  I can't wait for them to start baseball, football all the things you want to teach little boys for maybe that can be their career someday.  I know how proud I am of every little thing they do.  We as parents try so hard to protect our children. Make sure they eat right, get plenty of rest, be their for them.  So much of how you raised your son is how I would be honored to raise my sons.  The realization hits home that this could be anyone's child.  We all do the same things in life to raise them.  We are all so proud of every little thing they do.  I'll never understand why this has to happen to the "good people". My heart breaks for you.  My prayers go out to you and your family. Close

Lisa, your son Travis is a very handsome young man. I'm terribly saddened to have to be visiting his memorial. 
Together we have lost a son and a daughter due to similar tragedies. 
 Our children met similar fates and at the same time were both able to help others sustain and improve life through donor programs.|
